Body Well (8 Week Program)
Body Well is an 8-week concentrated, results-based fitness & nutrition program. You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well being. Included in your personalized program, you get 8 weeks of:
- 2-60 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes a week
- Weekly physical & nutrition challenges
- A class focused on YOU
- Guidance with meal planning
- Food Journal
- Weekly emails
- Daily check-ins from your coach
- Support from other women
- Accountability

Let’s be honest…#themotherhoodisreal. So we designed a program for women looking to get back into a workout routine. Whether she can make time for herself when her kids are at school, or after work when she has childcare, or whether she’s worked out for the past few years or hasn’t worked out in a few years...Body Well is the perfect place to start, no matter your season of motherhood.
Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood & sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).
You will receive 16 in-person classes during your session plus recorded classes in formats from 20 minutes to 60 minutes and for all levels of fitness!

"I cannot say enough amazing things about Fit4Mom La Mesa’s Body Well Program! I have completed the program four times, with some breaks in between.
The past two years have been more than challenging for families; navigating life with kids while also living through a pandemic. It is hard to carve out time for self care, but I would argue that self care must be a priority in our current environment.
This is where Body Well comes in. This program gave me two nights a week to take an hour for myself with some heart pumping workouts. This program gave me the framework on how to fuel my body to feel my best. This program also gave me tools to handle stress, encouraged me to get some rest and to practice mindfulness. It also gave me a social outlet, as I worked out alongside strong women who encouraged one another and had fun.
The last 8 weeks I have been able to follow the program while having a busy social calendar. I have celebrated multiple birthdays with family and friends and still met my goals. I have lost 10 inches, but more importantly have found a way to take care of myself in a way that is sustainable. It is an amazing program.

Why Does Body Well Work?
- Time. Commit to just 2 workouts every week.
- Accountability. We don't sign you up and forget you. We're checking in to make sure you're attending class and committing to your nutrition. We offer weekly challenges to keep you on track.
- Support. Our private Facebook group allows you to post and share recipes, ask for help, share your everyday frustrations and obstacles that keep you from achieving your goals
- Nutrition. We focus heavily on nutrition that is compatible with mom life.
- Results. Each session begins and ends with fitness assessments and measurements, so you can literally see the results of your transformation.
We recognize that transforming your body is just as much about transforming your mindset as it is about the physical elements.
Cancellation policy: There are no refunds, credits or transfers for the Body Well program. If you should become pregnant or injured during the session, please alert your instructor and we will discuss your options with you.
