Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats. We also offer a free Our Village Moms Playgroup so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates and activities for the whole family. A Mom's Night Out is also planned monthly to nurture our growing mom-to-mom connections.

Strides 360™ is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and turn the focus on YOU. Strides 360™ is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Once or twice a month, we like to shake things up a bit and have some fun. 80's, Superheroes, Shark Week, and Disney are some of the themes we've had in the past. Do you have a theme you'd like to see? Email us at lamesa@fit4mom.com with your suggestions.

MOM'S ONLY!! The goal is to provide an activity allowing our moms to re-discover their passions, enjoy adult conversations, and have kid-free FUN! Our past gatherings include axe throwing, ceramics, painting, backyard bonfires, gift exchanges, wine tasting, escape rooms, and stand-up paddle boarding.
