Songbirds Playgroup

Our signature Stroller Strides program is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected and energized.

This class and all our programs are designed FOR moms of all ages and stages of motherhood! You workout WITH other moms and are trained BY moms!

This is a special "pop-up" class. Locations will vary.

A few things to know before you attend class:

-please be at least 6 weeks postpartum
-bring a yoga mat
-bring water to stay hydrated
-bring sunscreen if the class is held outdoors
-wear comfortable clothes to workout in
-your little one(s) will need to be safely secured in their stroller during class
-bring snacks, toys, and whatever else you think will keep your baby happy and content
-bring a towel (if you plan to sweat)
-and don't forget to bring your SMILE and positive attitude!
